Fruit is Good for You!

I just wanted to start off today's entry with a quote from a famous lunch competition expert who is unnamed.  Today Chef Joe continues his dominance by incorporating fruit into his entry.  Apples and oranges are so basic to meals, that anyone who doesn't incorporate fruit into their nutrition is losing in many ways.  A walk to the local produce market (which also has helped temporarily inebriated homeless people by providing them with warmth) is an easy task.  Selecting the best produce is not.  Chef Joe carefully spent 10 minutes selecting only the best apple and orange for today's meal.
 
They are complementing a proprietary soy protein blend breaded with hearty bread crumbs that was skillfully prepared by our friends at Boca.  To give sustaining complex carbohydrates, brown rice was prepared with light salt added for a subtle touch of happiness.
