It's all about the Pepper

If Peter did his picking in preparation for Lunch Wars then the answer would be one jar of pickled Pepperoncinis peppers. Chef Andy's kitchen spent a week waiting for this lunch. For that was how long it took for the freshly purchased jar of Pepperoncinis to fully mature.

A bountiful bed of honey baked turkey breast provides the core of today's meal, with the powerful Pepperoncini peppers layered on top to pack a perfect lunch time punch. Layers of tomatoes and mayonnaise complement the peppers.
